  • Training duration: 50-60 min.
  • Intensity: Low
  • Physical skills being developed: Effective training for all muscle groups.
  • What to bring to the training? Sportswear.   Athletic shoes not necessarily. Practice will be held on the mattresses.
IT IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND LECTURES TWICE A WEEK!!!


Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Aside from occasional situps and pushups, however, core exercises are often neglected. Still, it pays to get your core muscles — the muscles around your trunk and pelvis — in better shape.
 
REGISTRATION:
Select the day and time when you wish to attend lectures and fill in the registration form. After registration each student will receive a QR code. Student must bring QR code to the lectures.

There is a limit of how many students can participate in one lecture. If you were not able to register in specific hour, please choose another time or another sport.
The priority line - for students who are choosing modules "Physical activity and health" and "Healthy lifestyle".
