  • What to bring to the training? Sportswear and clean athletic shoes.
IT IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND LECTURES TWICE A WEEK!!!


Fitbox Method is designed to offer a 2-for-1(burn and tone) total body workout that will get you burning calories while building and toning lean muscle.  A typical Fitbox Method workout consists of: 30 minutes cardio boxing.
 
REGISTRATION:
Select the day and time when you wish to attend lectures and fill in the registration form. After registration each student will receive a QR code. Student must bring QR code to the lectures.

There is a limit of how many students can participate in one lecture. If you were not able to register in specific hour, please choose another time or another sport.
The priority line - for students who are choosing modules "Physical activity and health" and "Healthy lifestyle".
