"Pump"

  • What to bring to the training? Sportswear and clean athletic shoes.
IT IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND LECTURES TWICE A WEEK!!!

Pump training consists of lifting light weights for a high number of sets and reps with short rest periods. The goal is to deliver a wicked pump to the working muscles to trigger an increase in muscle growth via sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. ... Strength training usually consists of only a few sets per movement for 4-8 reps.
 
REGISTRATION:
Select the day and time when you wish to attend lectures and fill in the registration form. After registration each student will receive a QR code. Student must bring QR code to the lectures.

There is a limit of how many students can participate in one lecture. If you were not able to register in specific hour, please choose another time or another sport.
The priority line - for students who are choosing modules "Physical activity and health" and "Healthy lifestyle".
