Self-defense

 
  • Training duration: 50-60 min.
  • Intensity: Medium
  • Physical skills being developed: Toned muscles, overall fitness, balance, self-discipline, fighter’s reflex.
  • What to bring to the training?  Sportswear and clean athletic shoes.
IT IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND LECTURES TWICE A WEEK!!!
The use of reasonable force to protect oneself or members of the family from bodily harm from the attack of an aggressor, if the defender has reason to believe he/she/they is/are in danger. Self-defense is a common defense by a person accused of assault, battery or homicide. The force used in self-defense may be sufficient for protection from apparent harm (not just an empty verbal threat) or to halt any danger from attack, but cannot be an excuse to continue the attack or use excessive force.
REGISTRATION:
Select the day and time when you wish to attend lectures and fill in the registration form. After registration each student will receive a QR code. Student must bring QR code to the lectures.

There is a limit of how many students can participate in one lecture. If you were not able to register in specific hour, please choose another time or another sport.
The priority line - for students who are choosing modules "Physical activity and health" and "Healthy lifestyle".
