Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete 100s of exercises.
REGISTRATION:
Select the day and time when you wish to attend lectures and fill in the registration form. After registration each student will receive a QR code. Student must bring QR code to the lectures.

There is a limit of how many students can participate in one lecture. If you were not able to register in specific hour, please choose another time or another sport.
The priority line - for students who are choosing modules "Physical activity and health" and "Healthy lifestyle".
